Organizer Guidelines / Event Posting Rules

These guidelines help ensure a great experience for attendees.
Event Listings
- Provide accurate titles, dates/times, venue addresses, and age restrictions.
- Upload clear images you own or have a license to use.
- Disclose all fees, door times, and any special entry requirements upfront.
Ticketing & Policies
- Clearly define your refund and transfer rules on the event page.
- Honor cancellations or postponements promptly; notify all ticket holders within 24–48 hours of the change.
- Ensure you have enough staff and devices for a smooth check-in process.
Compliance
- Follow all local laws, including those related to alcohol service, age limits, capacity, and accessibility.
- Noctern reserves the right to remove any listings that violate our policies or applicable laws.
