Thank you for purchasing through Noctern. Please review this Purchase Policy, which governs ticket transactions made via our Platform.

1. All Sales Are Final (Unless Otherwise Stated)

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer.
  • Some events may have specific refund or transfer rules listed on the event page.

2. Service Fees

  • Service fees and applicable taxes are disclosed before checkout and are non-refundable.

3. Ticket Delivery

  • Tickets are delivered electronically (email, wallet, or QR code).
  • It is your responsibility to provide a valid email and verify receipt.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations

  • Organizers may modify start times, venues, or lineups.
  • In case of cancellation, refunds (less service fees, if applicable) will be processed per organizer’s policy.

5. Transfer and Resale

  • Tickets may be transferable only if the organizer enables that feature.
  • Unauthorized resale or duplication is prohibited.

6. Entry Policies

  • Entry is subject to venue rules, capacity limits, and ID verification where applicable.
  • Disorderly or prohibited conduct may result in denial of entry without refund.
